Umuchima Town Union visits the Honourable Commissioner for Works,Hon(Barr) Ralph Nwosu today,August 8,2024.All for Umuchima erosion menace.
Thank God for the workaholic & committed Town Union ably led by Mr Ejike Okwara(JP) & other stakeholders of the Community that accompanied him.
It was a fruitful outing.The Commissioner assured us of Imo State Govt committment in proferring a lasting solution to the erosion menace. He proved it with pictorial evidence our road & empirical evidence of older & later written letter to President Tinubu by Imo State Govt.Honestly,the plight of Umuchima people & Ideato nation as it concerns the erosion menace bothers Imo state.
Finally,we were assured of construction of the road as soon as the rains stop.
I want to thank Bro Tony Duru & Hon Chief Uzoma Mberede for their Warmth reception.The Town Executives were lavishly spoilt by the duo.
