Social media has just been soused with the unanticipated news of the Nigerian judicial system – federal high court – embarking on their once-a-year period of time when the proceedings of the federal high courts are temporarily suspended which will be coming into effect on the 26th July to September 17th, 2021. And is pursuant to the provisions of Order 46, Rule 4 (d) of the Federal High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules 2019.

While this news is laughable and could be regarded as troublemaker man who sheepishly incurred the wraths of an individual more stronger and well equipped than him and is looking for an avenue to run off from the mess he created, but in this midst of this rib-tickling development, there is also a cause to worried about because it somehow, posses a grave danger and if allowed unchecked, something tear-jerking might happen.

Ask yourselves, why will Chief Judge of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Honorable Justice John Terhemba Tsoho chose a date that has already been mapped out by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court for the trial proceedings date and day of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu facing high degree 11 count charge bothering on terrorism, treasonable felony, managing an unlawful society, publication of defamatory matter, illegal possession of firearms, and improper importation of goods, among others? Were they not aware of this court date and day? Why choosing the same day of Kanu’s court date to go on their annual recess? What are they hiding? Could this be that they are buying themselves sometime to either allow Mazi Nnamdi Kanu suffer the life-threatening pains which the Kenyan government and them inflicted on him? Or are they just want sometime to perfect their plans on how best to permanently get Nnamdi Kanu out of their unconstitutional and domineering ways? I pray that these my suppositions are just me basking in the euphoria of anxiety disorder. But if they are anything to record with, on behalf of millions of Biafrans worldwide and other people of good conscience, justice, equity and fairness, here is ME sending a sound and uninterrupted injunction to the federal government of Nigeria to never contemplate on doing anything that could bring harm to the leader of the largest and non-violent freedom movement in the world IPOB and a British citizen, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Right now, virtually all the international power brokers have fixed their eyes on this case. Also, millions of dedicated versions of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are angry right now and are willing to bring down this British business center, Nigeria to ashes should they look for their leader and it turns out that they can’t find him. How the federal government of Nigeria handles this sensitive case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will determine what fate awaits this British umpire. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is in no doubt, the last straw that is sincerely going to break the camel’s back. So if they are feeling froggy, they should look properly before they leap. Enough said!
